Human Resources Manager

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions and ensure the effective management of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive HR professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support as
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and
  • Implement and manage employee recognition programs to boost morale and

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support managers in addressing performance issues and conducting disciplinary actions when necessary.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, with a deep understanding of HR processes and employment law.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR or SPHR
  • 2+years’ of Experience in IT
