Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions and ensure the effective management of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive HR professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support as
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and
- Implement and manage employee recognition programs to boost morale and
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and conducting disciplinary actions when necessary.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and

Training and Development:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, with a deep understanding of HR processes and employment law.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
